Refunds

All of our memberships are free to cancel. There are no fees or deadlines for cancellations. Simply contact the Admins or send an email to support@plutofx.co.uk Please allow up to 12 hours for a cancellation request to be processed.

 

It is your responsibility to manage your membership. Once access has been given and you have received your order complete email, it is not possible to receive a refund. Refunds will only be given in the event that a duplicate payment is made.
